Hi, I’m Victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria—an engineering student at the University of Washington and the founder of Project Sprout, a coaching service to help students bring bold ideas to life.

I discovered my passion for project coaching at my project-based high school, where I served two years as student body president and led the creation of a new weekly schedule designed to give students time for collaboration, guest speakers, and support. Noticing how many peers struggled to start or finish meaningful projects, I launched a student-led Project Coaching team to guide others through planning, proposal writing, and time management. Since then, I’ve led and supported dozens of projects, from organizing city-wide events and serving on school board focus groups to winning first place in the Lavin Startup Studio at UW, learning how to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

Now in university, I’m the Team Chair at Future Force, a technology group and startup accelerator, where I work on operations development and marketing as well as supporting social benefit startups. I’m also the Admin Manager for the UW Chapter of Engineers in Action, an international non-profit building suspended footbridges in Bolivia and Eswatini. I’m also a member of the highly selective Lavin Entrepreneurship program at UW, where I’m frequently connecting with professionals and entrepreneurs, and learning from their experiences.

Through Project Sprout, I coach high schoolers and early college students who are ready to act on their ideas but don’t know where to start or how to follow through. My goal is to bridge that gap by inspiring confidence, building a bias towards action, and providing accountability and structure.

Here’s the thing: people underestimate what they can do. I’ve seen students, teachers, and adults dismiss projects as “too big,” “too different,” or “too new” to work. But I’ve also seen what happens when someone believes in you and gives you the tools to make it real. That’s what I’m here to do as your Project Coach.
